OUTLINE OF MEETINGS

In the meeting, the participants address a real, important business issue in one of the companies (forum) or in some cases focus on a common challenge (focus). A typical meeting has four steps:​

  1. A presentation of the issue or challenge to be discussed​

  2. Everyone asks questions to clarify, explore and frame ​

  3. Solutions/experience sharing​

  4. Recommendations and proposals

COMMITMENT AS A PARTICIPANT

The network/Executive Forum is as good as its participants. The following is expected from each one: ​
